Accreditation Status

Stated plainly, so you know exactly what you are buying before you buy it.

This course is not registered with any CME accreditation body

Neither national nor international. The course is organized according to standard CME guidelines, and the platform issues its own certificate. It is each participant's own responsibility to obtain CME accreditation from the authority in their country or institution.

What the certificate is, and is not

What it documents

  • Completion of all 30 video lectures across 6 units
  • A pre-test, 30 mid-video knowledge checks and a post-test scored at 70% or above
  • A completed end-of-course survey
  • Four credit hours of structured learning, with a verifiable certificate ID

What it does not do

  • It does not award CME credit on behalf of any accreditation body
  • It does not guarantee that any particular authority will accept it
  • It is not a licence, qualification or specialty credential

Why the course is built to CME standards anyway

The CME track follows the structure an accredited activity would: a baseline pre-test, a defined number of credit hours, knowledge checks through the material, a post-test with a pass mark, and an end-of-course evaluation. That structure is what most authorities look for when assessing an activity submitted to them, which is the reason it is there.

An Audit track is also available for self-study without assessments. It issues a Certificate of Attendance rather than a Certificate of Completion.

The formal disclosure statement for this activity is on the CME Disclosures page. For how to submit your certificate to an authority, see Claiming CME hours.
